24-Sep-2011 04:33 AM Alexey Ermakov: Summary: Sandboxed apps read their preferences plist from ~/Library/Containers/bundle-id/Data/Library/Preferences/bundle-id.plist. However, Keyboard preference pane doesn't read these files when displaying available keyboard shortcuts and doesn't write new keyboard shortcuts to this plist, saving them to ~/Library/Preferences/bundle-id.plist instead. That means that if I want to customize keyboard shortcuts for a sandboxed app, I have to manually open the plist in Xcode and edit NSUserKeyEquivalents. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open System Preferences. 2. Go to Keyboard, Keyboard Shortcuts, Application Shortcuts. 3. Add a new shortcut for Preview. 4. Open Preview. Expected Results: Keyboard shortcut is applied. Actual Results: Keyboard shortcut is not applied. Regression: No sandboxing in 10.6, so this bug is new to Lion.
