The documentation claims that the NSSupportsAutomaticGraphcisSwitching key only works with Early 2011 MBPs. I have found that this is not entirely true. My mid-2010 MBP also positively responds to this key on 10.7.0-10.7.2.

the person at apple that this bug was assigned to never even read it. As of 10.8.3 NSSupportsAutomaticGraphcisSwitching no longer works on the mid-2010 MBP.
