Summary: When you update an app, iCloud should push that update to all devices linked to you iCloud account.

Steps to Reproduce: Update an app on one of your device.

Expected Results: Update that app on all your devices.

Actual Results: No automatic update follow.

Notes: iCloud pushes new app, why can't it push updates too?
