No playback speed control in Music app on iPad

Summary: It's impossible to change the playback speed for Podcasts in the Music app from iOS 5 on the iPad. There was a 1x, 2x and 1/2x playback control button in prior iOS versions. Steps to Reproduce: Play a podcast and try to change the playback speed. There is no control for this. Expected Results: There should be a control for changing the playback speed. Actual Results: You cannot change the playback speed.
