My app's manual is embedded inside its bundle as a PDF, and up to now I've just relied on opening it using openURL:

Under sandboxing, Preview fails to open the document, citing a permissions error.

This is a duplicate of bug #10291997, but I'm filing it again to indicate that it's an issue for me.

(Aside: it would be nice if Bug Reporter had a better way to indicate +1 on bugs.)
