example LazyTableImages leaks member queue

The object allocated at LazyTableAppDelegate.m:197 needs to be (auto)released. changing the line to self.queue = [[[NSOperationQueue alloc] init] autorelease]; would fix the problem. This bug courtesy the static analyzer!
