Apple TV - Netflix menu's unresponsive; requiring a hard reboot of Apple TV

Very frequently after watching a movie/video the Netflix menues become 100% unresponsive. multiple presses of 'Menu' will navigate to the top Apple TV menu. Selecting 'Netflix' will still result in the spinning wheel. Usually a hard reboot will temporarily fix the problem.
