Summary:

SecKeyGeneratePair() fails if asked to generate a small RSA key (eg 768 bits).

Regression:

SecKeyCreatePair() works fine. Larger RSA keys also work fine.

07-Feb-2012: Apple noted "We are now closing this bug since our engineers are aware of the issue and will continue to track it offline. A different resolution to this issue may be considered in the future."
