QuickTime share to Vimeo does not work with all email addresses

Summary:
A wrong encoding is applied to email addresses when connecting to my Vimeo account.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Record a video
- Select "Share->Vimeo..."
- Login In with an email address containing a + (in my example removed.by.public.demand+vimeo@gmail.com)

Expected Results:
- Login Works

Actual Results:
- Login Doesn't work
- When using removed.by.public.demand%2Bvimeo@gmail.com as the email address the login works.
