Newsstand apps don't appear in Settings-Store on some ipads

Some Newsstand apps do not appear in Settings->Store on some iPads.


We have 2 ipad1s both 3g with the same build of our app.

Our plist contains this key.

	<key>UIBackgroundModes</key>
	<array>
		<string>newsstand-content</string>
	</array>
