Summary:

Creating NSManagedObject with nil context crashes. This is a significant regression.

[[NSManagedObject alloc] initWithEntity:entity insertIntoManagedObjectContext:nil] will crash with EXC_BAD_ACCESS.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create NSManagedObject with initWithEntity:insertIntoManagedObjectContext: with nil context.

Expected Results:

Should create an object associated with no context.

Actual Results:

Crashes.

Response from Apple.

After further investigation it has been determined that this is a known issue, which is currently being investigated by engineering. This issue has been filed in our bug database under the original Bug ID# 10529343.
