MPMoviePlayerController thumbnail images from HTTP Live Stream

Summary:
Trying to generate a thumbnail from a MPMoviePlayerController initialized with an HTTP Live Stream URL results in nil.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Init an MPMoviePlayerController with an HTTP Live Stream URL.
2. Call thumbnailImageAtTime:<#(NSTimeInterval)#> timeOption:<#(MPMovieTimeOption)#>
3. nil is returned
4. Call requestThumbnailImagesAtTimes:<#(NSArray *)#> timeOption:<#(MPMovieTimeOption)#>
5. Setup NSNotificationCenter observer
6. [[notification userInfo] objectForKey:MPMoviePlayerThumbnailErrorKey] is "Operation Stopped"

Expected Results:
- Expected to receive UIImage either synchronously or asynchronously depending on the method used
- Or, expected MPMoviePlayerController documentation to highlight that I would not be able to get UIImages from HTTP Live Stream

Actual Results:
- Synchronous results: nil
- Asynchronous results: "Operation Stopped" NSError
