Summary: An observer for the 'on' property of an UISwitch does not trigger if the switch is toggled via touch or gesture. Steps to Reproduce: * Add an observer to the 'on' property of an UISwitch. * Toggle the switch from the UI Expected Results: observeValueForKeyPath:ofObject:change:context: of the observer to be called. Actual Results: Nothing. Regression: Notes: Additionally it would also be handy if UIControlEventValueChanged would trigger from setting the on property by code.
