Dragging mailto: URLs into Recipient field in Mail should remove the mailto:

Dragging a mailto: URL from Safari or another Mail message into the To/Cc/Bcc field in Mail leaves the "mailto:" part in there and it must be removed manually. Mail should be a bit more intelligent here.
