iOS: Changing language shows lock

Summary: Changing the language in iOS (after the initial setup) will show the little lock, which is seen in status bar on the lock screen, when the device is unlocked. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Change language on iOS. Expected Results: 1. The time should should be shown in the status bar. Actual Results: 1. The lock from the lock screen is shown instead. (See attached screenshot). Regression: I'd like to see what time it is :)
