iTunes accounts should allow for multiple credit cards

Summary:
iTunes accounts can only be associated with a single credit card at a time. It would be very useful to be able to register more than one, then set which one is currently active in the account settings page.

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to associate more than one credit card with an iTunes account.

Expected Results:
Able to associate more than one credit card with an iTunes account.

Actual Results:
Unable to associate more than one credit card with an iTunes account.

Regression:
No.
