Summary: Attempted to log into Bug Reporter, using Safari 5.1.3 on Mac OS X 10.7.3. Entered username and password, and clicked Login button.  Resulted in a page with this response:

    An error has occurred. Please report the error to Apple Inc. by emailing the error detail to devbugs@apple.com.

Second attempt to log in worked without problem.
