cannot scale iframe on mobile safari

Summary:
I would like to scale an iframe on mobile safari.

I am including an iframe inside a div.

But the iframe is cut

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:

Iframe not cut

Actual Results:

Iframe is cut

Notes:

On Desktop it works fine.
