Summary:
Debugging iPhone app fails to install, requires reboot

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Work on an app, hit debug & run every time you want to debug.

Expected Results:
2) App installs and debugs.

Actual Results:
2) About 10% of the time, get this:

Couldn't register foo with the bootstrap server. Error: unknown error code. 
This generally means that another instance of this process was already running or is hung in the debugger.Signal received: SIGABRT (Aborted)
Process finished with exit code 0

3) Only solution is to reboot the device. If you're foolishly using the simulator, reboot the computer and reload your project and lose several minutes of your life and all context of where you were.
