Summary:

Apple Configurator does not install an app, that was signed with enterprise in House provisioning profile

Steps to Reproduce:

Add ipa file of enterprise provisioned app to the apps section of the Apple Configurator App.
Hit apply.
It does not make a difference, if using the prepare or the supervise workflow.

Expected Results:

It should copy the app to the device and install.

Actual Results:

The app is not copied, not installed. The Apple Configurator says "Can't install app"

Regression:

Apps purchased from the app store work as expected.
The very same ipa is installable trough OTA, iPCU and iTunes without problem.

Notes:

I have attached console excerpts from the host and the device.

Also running in to the same issue

I'm also running in to this issue. Using an Enterprise build that I've verified works in all the above mentioned options. However, when I choose to install the application through this program, it also fails with the same error. When I hover on the warning icon, it says that the Bundle doesn't have a valid identifier? Well that's just not true. I was thinking that, perhaps, the provisioning profile would help resolve the issue, but the only profile that you can add is a config... ARGH! Yes, I understand that this was what it was meant for as you are affording us that capability of configuring the device completely. Which is great mind you. Unfortunately it seems that the individual that raised the issue and I are both out of luck when it comes to using the program for our purposes, this time.

I'm hoping that there is a way to make this work as we provision hundreds of devices at a time and this program seems to be a tool that would be greatly valued.
