Summary: Core Recipes sample code from https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#samplecode/CoreRecipes/Introduction/Intro.html
does not open in Xcode 4.3.2 (4E2002).

Steps to Reproduce: Download the Core Recipes sample code from:
https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#samplecode/CoreRecipes/Introduction/Intro.html
and double click on CoreRecipesApp.xcode to open the project in Xcode.

Expected Results: The project opened in Xcode

Actual Results: A pop up warning that says:
Failed to load project at '/CoreRecipes/Sample Applications/CoreRecipesApp/CoreRecipesApp.xcode', incompatible project version.


Regression: Using Xcode 4.3.2 (4E2002). on Lion 10.7.3
