Documentation doesn't document orientation of CA/CG transform matrices

Summary:

Neither CATransform3D nor CGAffineTransform state whether they are in row-major or column-major order.

Expected Results:

Docs state order of elements.

Actual Results:

Docs say things like "The entry at position 1,2 in the matrix." - well, is that row 1, col 2, or row 2, col 1?

I think these matrices are ordered differently than the GLKit ones (which do have specified order in the docs), making this even more vexing.
