The notifications UI has a black bar right at the top.

Steps to Reproduce:

Wait for a few notifications to show up. Close all of the notifications except the one at the top.

Expected Results:

Should draw normally

Actual Results:

A black box is visible.

Notes:

Sorting was set to Manually.
