Summary:

Build and test a sample app with GC leaderboards. No errors reported, but scores not visible on leaderboard.

Steps to Reproduce:

Build sample app, enclosed.

Expected Results:

Scores that are submitted should show up.

Actual Results:

Game Center stubbornly shows "No Scores." Even after 1 week, the scores are not showing up.
