Screen Saver does not present login/password UI

Screen Saver does not present login/password UI

Steps to Reproduce:
Enter a (wrong?) password at the locked screen saver's UI

Expected Results:
Should query for correct password or unlock

Actual Results:
Password UI disappears.

Notes:

After entering the (wrong?) password at the Screen Saver's 'locked' UI, the UI disappears and doesn't re-appear even when pressing keys on the keyboard / using the mouse. The Screen Save is still running. Mouse does move.

I ssh'd into the machine and sampled the ScreenSaverEngine process. Attached.
