Summary:
The value of CIAttributeDescription of the inputStriationStrength attribute read incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce:
Dump the attributes of the CIFlashTransition core image filter.

Expected Results:
inputStriationStrength.CIAttributeDescription = "The strength of the light rays emanating from the flash."

Actual Results:
inputStriationStrength.CIAttributeDescription = "The strength light rays emanating from the flash."
