Summary:
Mac App Store "Updates" page will show "All Apps Are Up to Date" for between 1 to 2 seconds before changing to "Checking for updates".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open App Store
2. Click "Updates"

Expected Results:
Action gear with "Checking for updates" text.

Actual Results:
"All Apps are up to date" text followed by "Checking for updates" text with action gear.

Regression:
Not present in Lion
