0) User purchased app previously. 1) Click "Install now" for this paid app in the app store on an iPod touch 4g (must be before user verified payment info) 2) User is prompted to verify payment information. 3) Verify information. Expected result: User is prompted to download the app for free. What actually happens: User is prompted to buy the app again.
