NSPopOver Controller looses arrow after detach

Summary:

If a NSPopOver is detached and displayed in a window, it looses its arrow if opened as popover again. For the window, a new view is created, the original view of the popover stays untouched.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a test app with NSPopover
2) Open a popover
3) detach it
4) reopen the popover again

Expected Results:

I expected the arrow indicating the popover source

Actual Results:

arrow is missing
