Summary: Siri should cache requests for future attempts, so the user doesn't have to dictate the same request multiple times in an attempt for it to work.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Dictate a request to Siri ("Remind me to order coffee beans Saturday at noon")
2) Siri is busy or overloaded.
Expected Results:
3) Siri returns "I'm a little busy right now, but I'll try again in a minute."
Actual Results:
3) Siri returns "I couldn't create your reminder. Sorry about that."
