Here are details of this bug...
Summary: When an iOS device is managed by an MDM solution, there still is the requirement for the user to input a password whenever a software needs to be updated or installed on the managed device. We need to control our licenses, hence we use a specified account to install those applications that are needed on the device. We would like the ability to allow the MDM solution to be able to push out the applications to install or update without the user needing to input account credentials they would not know.
