Key combination on external keyboard to mimic send button

Summary: There should be a way to send a message using the external keyboard. Steps to Reproduce: * Try to reply a message in iMessage. * Write the text. Expected Results: Being able to send the message directly from the external keyboard using some sort of key combination like cmd+return or shift+return. Actual Results: You need to toggle the onscreen keyboard and tap on send on the screen.
