Xcode search path dialog doesn't explain meaning of check box

Summary: When entering a search path, there is a check box with no explanation. Steps to Reproduce: 1) In Xcode project, go to Build Settings 2) Double-click in Header Search Paths 3) Click '+' to add a search path Expected Results: Column headers with description of fields Actual Results: Fields with no description (see attached screenshot)
