Calculator.app "ASCII" button does nothing in OS X 10.8

Summary: Calculator.app's "ASCII" button, seen in "Programmer View", does nothing. It worked in previous versions of Mac OS X. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch /Applications/Calculator.app 2. Switch to programmer view (menu item View->Programmer, or keyboard shortcut cmd-3) 3. Set base to 10 4. Enter the value 1718449215. This is the decimal representation of a four-character-code used by Core Audio for the constant kAudioFileUnsupportedDataFormatError. 5. Press the "ASCII" button Expected Results: In the lower left hand corner of the Calculator display, the string 'fmt?' should appear. Actual Results: Nothing happens Regression: This worked in previous versions of Mac OS X. Notes: Screenshot attached.

This appears to be fixed in Mac OS X 10.8.2
