Summary: If I select a location on the iOS 6b4 Maps app and share that location, e.g. via iMessage (to myself) and try to open it, the Maps app will open, it will put the address on the search field, but will show an alert saying "No Results Found". If I then touch the search field and press Search, the location will be correctly shown. Steps to Reproduce: Open Maps app on iOS6b4. Select a location, either by dropping a pin or choosing your current location. Tap the disclosure button. Tap Share Location. Select Message. Send the message to yourself. Go to the Messages app. Tap on the new Location object. Tap on the map url. Expected Results: The Map app opens, the address will be on the search field and the location will be displayed on the map with a pin. Actual Results: The Map app will open, the address will be on the search field and a popup alert will say No Results Found. Regression: I tested this on an iPhone 4 with iOS6b4 in Portuguese and in English, with links created and opened on both languages. Notes: It seems the problem is just the Maps app trying to search in a different way than with the search field. If I open the url via Safari, the same behavior happens.

The iOS6 GM behaves slightly different but still wrong. On GM, When I open a received location, the Maps app searches for a location using the text from the location file. This results in pins on different locations than the original one.
For instance, if I drop a pin on top of a building in Lisboa, Portugal, it might not show the name of a road, instead it displays the postal code and the city. If I share this pin and open it, it will place a new pin on a different location inside the same postal code (at least I assume it it). Pin coordinates seem to be missing in action during this process. I've included two examples on the zip file.
I have taken console logs but I've not seen anything of relevance appear in them…
