Quicktime sequence compression dialogs are not localized

Summary: Quicktime video and sound compression dialogs are either not or only partially localized. Steps to Reproduce: - Set language to something other than English. I tried Dutch and French. - Open iMovie or any QuickTime app. - Export with QuickTime - Look at settings Expected Results: - Both Movie Export and Sequence Compression dialogs are displayed in the user's language. Actual Results: - Both Movie Export and Sequence Compression dialogs are displayed either in English or a nonsensical mix of English and the selected language. Regression: - Worked as expected in Lion Notes:
