Default Button draws opaque background over transparent window

Summary: A default button (key equivalent set to "\r") draws a opaque background color over a transparent window. Steps to Reproduce: See sample code attached. But basically anytime you have a default button over a transparent window the button will draw a solid color for the background. Expected Results: Button should draw a transparent background. Actual Results: Button draws a opaque background. Regression: This works fine on 10.6 and is broken on 10.8.1. Notes: See attached app for a demo.
