[OS X] AVFoundation documentation constantly mentions iOS specific things

 
Summary:
The Mac documentation for AVFoundation is copied & pasted from the iOS documentation and frequently mentions iOS (diffs from iOS4 to iOS5, what's supported on various versions of iPhone hardware, all irrelevant to the mac), and omits details that might be relevant to OS X developers.
