Safari uses Lion-style scrollbar overlaps in Mountain Lion

Summary: One of the changes to scroll thumbs in Mountain Lion was that now they overlap at the corners[1]. This is not the case in Safari 6.0 under 10.8.1. Alternatively, zoom in on any page. - Scroll to the bottom right Expected Results: Overlapping scroll thumbs Actual Results: Lion-style, non-overlapping scroll thumbs
