Typing into a text field in Safari makes the scroll thumbs appear

Summary: In Safari 6 under OS X 10.8.1, the scroll thumb(s) appear when you type things into web forms. Steps to Reproduce: - Open (seemingly) any scrollable page with a text field. Apple's bug reporter will do. - Wait for the scroll thumbs to disappear. - Type. Expected Results: - Letters, words, paragraphs. Actual Results: - A squirrel jumps onto the side of my brow- wait no it's a scroll thumb. What was I writing again?
