Summary:
It would be more convenient and consistent to have an On/Off toggle for the Do Not Disturb feature hidden at the top of Notification Center, revealed by scrolling up, as found in Mountain Lion.

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:
Scrolling up in Notification Center reveals Do Not Disturb mode On/Off slider as seen in Mountain Lion.

Actual Results:
The functionality is not present in iOS' Notification Center.
