messages should clone googletalk/jabber avatar to contacts if empty

Summary:
When you have an empty picture in Contacts for somebody and that person has a jabber/google talk avatar (it's already shown in messages), it should set up the picture as the contacts picture

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a jabber account of a person that has an avatar in Messages.app

Expected Results:
Should autoupdate contacts and add the picture from jabber account

Actual Results:
Isn't updating the picture in contacts
