Summary:
In memory CoreData stores can't ignore CoreData Entities with a "NOT (%@ CONTAINS SELF)", [NSSet setWithObject:ignoredEntity] predicate.

Steps to Reproduce:
Run the attached project.

Expected Results:
In memory store results should only return a single entity. The in memory store results should be congruent to the sqlite store results.

Actual Results:
In memory store results return both entities. The in memory store results differ significantly from the sqlite store results
