Use UIRefreshControl with UIScrollView

Summary: I would like to be able to use UIRefreshControl for UIScrollView, or at least UITableView. It's very common for developer to use a UITableView or subclass it and add into a normal UIViewController. Steps to Reproduce: Look up UIRefreshControl class reference. Expected Results: be able to use UIRefreshControl with UIScrollView Actual Results: UIRefreshControl can only be use with UITableViewController Regression: Notes:
