Summary:
The animation of do not disturb mark in status bar should use moon phases while turning dnd on and off.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on Do not Disturb
2. Turn off Do not Disturb

Expected Results:
Animation should go through all the moon phases (half, full, etc), up to moon eclipse, and then it disappears completely.

Actual Results:
Animation is a not full moon shape fading in and out.
