iTunes App Store displays 4" screenshots but cuts them to 3.5"

For iPhone apps in the App Store, iTunes displays the iPhone 5 4" screenshots but cuts them to the old 3.5" size. See this screenshot: http://d.pr/i/WwlB Also, there are compression (or scaling) artifacts, most noticeable in the last screenshot.
