Clock app incorrectly omits Israel as the country in which Jerusalem is located

Summary: In the Clock app on iOS 6, searching for Jerusalem brings up the correct location. However searching for Jerusalem, Israel, does not. Steps to Reproduce: Open the Clock app and bring up the UI for adding a city. Type "Jerusalem". Expected Results: Jerusalem, Israel should appear. Actual Results: The name of the country is omitted. Regression: This was not the case in iOS 5. Notes:
