Summary:
When attempting to install a newsstand app "The Week" it did not complete successfully.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install "The Week" via the App Store app
2. Wait until install bar fills
3. Switch to second springboard page
4. Observe oddly placed tappable icon

Expected Results:
- Install should complete and Newsstand icon should be tappable

Actual Results:
- Newsstand icon for 'The Week' appears to be stuck at 100% installing.
- Rogue icon appears on the second page in the bottom right.
- Icon is tappable to launch the app.

Regression:
Describe circumstances where the problem occurs or does not occur, such as software versions and/or hardware configurations.

Icon goes to correct position after rebooting device.
