Summary:
When Do Not Disturb and VoiceOver is enabled, banner notifications still appear and cause VoiceOver to stop reading the current text.

Steps to Reproduce:
Install iBooks and Foursquare.
Turn on Do Not Disturb.
Open a book in iBooks.
Turn on VoiceOver.
two-finger swipe to start VoiceOver reading the book text.
Have a friend checkin on Foursquare.

Expected Results:
No banner notification and no interruption of VoiceOver reading the book text.

Actual Results:
Banner notification displays and VoiceOver interrupts book text to read the banner notification.
