Gray screen of death with fullscreen

Summary:
Sometimes when requesting full screen rapidly, Safari will end up with a gray screen. The OS X menu bar and dock are hidden when in this state.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to multiple fullscreen demo page http://brad.is/reportingbugs/multiplefullscreen/
2. Click the demo image multiple times

Expected Results:
Safari should transition in or out of full screen.

Actual Results:
The page content disappears and is replaced with a gray screen.
